Technical Issues

Paid Services
Remote Hands Service
Do you need to perform mechanical work on your hosted equipment? It is no longer necessary to go to the data center for this. Please take advantage of the Remote Hands service, and our engineers will perform all the required actions.
The work cost is:
- 900 rubles for half an hour of work in the Russian data center;
- 30 euros for half an hour of work in the European data center.

System Administration Service
