How to change PHP version in cPanel

cPanel allows you to change by yourself to one of the pre-installed PHP versions.

In order to change the current PHP version in use, you must select "Select PHP Version" under the "Software" tab in the main "Tools" section:

On the page that appears, you will see your current version of PHP with the option to select a different version.

Select the desired PHP version from the drop-down list and click "Apply" to perform the version change.
